I looked forward to seeing you and telling you about L'atelier des Chefs. It was a great experience. I was the only one who signed up for my class which was about cooking entire meals in little pots.Many classes are full.

You do not pay until you attend the class. The chef, Antony, was very patient and very nice. He's guides you through the entire process and you end up with marvelous cuisine.
They also sell little gadgets that are a little difficult to find elsewhere.
