Running through my computer I came across your address and realised that I had never let myself be heard since we left the Niagara and you. Which is not good since we had one of the best holidays of our lives with Max on the Niagara and it is just decent and proper to let yourself be heard afterwards – not so ? So, this is just to say once more, to you, that we enjoyed every moment on the Niagara : your hospitality, the set-up on the barge,the availability of snacks and drinks, the cruise as such, your choice of restaurants on land and above all |

Thanks for helping our stay in Dijon to be really lovely. The apartment worked well for 2 couples. We enjoyed discovering Kir and our lunchtime cooking class yesterday was good fun and good value.

Well here I am back in New Zealand now after 24hr flight. It was a shame that the taxi arrived so late on Tuesday hence throwing us all into a panic – so we had to run like anything to get to the train and get on in time with all our luggage.
Anyway thanks ago for the use of your lovely apartment – we really enjoyed ourselves and loved Dijon – we wish we had longer there. Your help with everything was very much appreciated. |

Thank you so much for making our stay in Dijon a success. We were absolutely
enchanted by Dijon and loved the fact that it had very few Englsih speakers - it
forced us to improve our Aussie French. We appreciate your organizing the taxi
which arrived on time and allowed us to meet the train with plenty of time to
spare.
The apartment was perfectly placed in the shadows of the Notre-Dame and central
to everything. Your advice on restaurants, markets and wine tour ensured our
stay was enjoyable, we would love to return and hope to do so one day, thank you
again |

Every now and then the screen saver pops up with one of our trip pictures. This
morning was Max with three lattes in their cups and saucers ready to go up on a
tray. Not being a real photographer I missed what his hands were doing, but
still, there he was, smiling in the galley. A nice memory. You could not have
made our anniversary week one bit better; it was just perfect in every way and
probably once a week I get yet another pleasant reminder and get to wondering
how we could do it again. Best to you both for the fall. Britt and Susie. |
